Ramona Panicci has been an active Realtor for over 12 years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She has been involved during the housing bust working with clients needing a Short Sale. Her involvement with clients to assist them with this transition has been valuable experience in working with distressed situations. A member of Arizona Real Estate Investors Association gives her the edge in working with Investors both instate and out of state identifying the right investment property for them. Currently, Ramona is focusing on working with Seniors in transition. She has worked first hand with her aging parents in making decisions for their housing and care. With a background in healthcare, a BSN in nursing, she understands the challenges and concern that family members have in making the right decisions for their parents. Ramona is current working on obtaining her SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. Even though she works with both sellers, listing their homes, she also works with buyers helping them to save time and money in finding the best home for them.
