Matthew went above and beyond for us in our home buying process. He is genuinely honest and kind. He went out with us every single weekend with a plan for the day and willing to show us anything we were interested in. We went to our first open house January 28 and closed on our home March 14. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions. Matthew answered them all without ever making us feel silly. He was always available and really made the experience great for us. I met Ramon Sanchez back in 1994 and he actually came to my house knocking on doors to see if we would like to sell a house or buy a house and after meeting with him and providing a few options helping us get a first time buyer program we we?re able to buy our first home. Now we are looking to buy another house in the city of Downey. Looking forward to our retirement. I highly recommend Ramon and his team to sell or buy real estate.
