ZillowVERIFIEDWe have sold 2 houses through Ramon. First house was in 2016 and was an FHA, 1st time home buyer loan. Ramon told us up front what needed to be done to sell the house, for example, painting, some repairs, curb appeal work. All that work was done, and Ramon listed the house on a Monday and we had a full price offer on Wednesday, of the same week. We accepted the offer and the closing went very smoothly. The second house was in 2018, and it involved our renters who secured a VA loan. This closing took a little longer, but Ramon and his staff kept us informed all the way. They also worked with the VA lender to provide the documentation they needed. Ramon and his staff and very proficient and will do whatever is necessary to assist other agencies, in order to close a sale. We are very satisfied with our experience. If you are looking for an agent, Ramon and his staff are the people to talk to whether you are buying or selling.
