ZillowVERIFIEDI met Ralph when he was distributing cards in the neighborhood several years ago. While his daughter was fascinated with my solar "butterflies" in the flower bed, we talked. He seemed friendly and genuine and put me on his mailing list for info on property values and answered questions I had re. refinancing, etc. I always knew I'd use his services when the time came to sell my condo and he did not let me down. He did a beautiful job on the brochures, staging, marketing, you name it. The house sold alarmingly fast and for more than the asking price. He responded quickly to any and all questions I had along the way. Thanks go to Ralph for helping me through a rough time so patiently.

This was the best thing ever, he helped my husband and I relocate from Louisianna to California. It is very taxing dealing with a relocation company because there are tight deadlines but Ralphs passion, professionalism and knowledge of the market made our transition much better. Tatiyana has a wonderful personality and is also very professional. On the days we were not with Ralph, she took us around and helped with the hard decisions.
