We relied heavily on Ralphs experience and guidance during the process from providing a market rate analysis, staging suggestions, to final negotiations. I had numerous questions throughout the process and he was available to answer them all. It seemed he had a contact for every need that we had to address. I cant imagine getting through this process without a realtor. Ralphs knowledge is endless and we will recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home.

The videographer that Ralph chose was professional, making some excellent suggestions, and he was a fantastic videographer. Ralph took my phone calls promptly and handled the transaction smoothly. He was also willing and prepared to take precautions on our behalf to protect our home during the covid pandemic. Thank you again Ralph!

First thing, he was extremely knowledgable of the area where we were looking. To be honest I think he knows a lot about many areas in NJ, because of how experienced he is in this field. Ralph from the beginning was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, honest, flexible, and such a pleasure to work with.
