Raffi Dakessian is a consummate real estate professional. We first met in 2020 during the Covid lockdown, when he became my realtor and sold my condo. Without complaining, he never flinched, wholeheartedly working with me and my roommates schedules during the Covid pandemic. He was always available to answer questions, (I had many!), and was patient, creative, resourceful, and knowledgeable. Prior to listing the condo, he helped me find an appropriate subcontractor for the repairs I needed to make on the property, and although times and financial conditions were difficult, Raffi successfully sold my condo quickly and at a competitive price. Four years later, when my husband and I decided to relocate, Raffi was the first person I thought of. Once again, Raffi came to our aid and successfully helped us sell our home for a competitive price. He brought a greater sense of reality to the process than other agents presented to us. He helped us through the real estate sales process from photoshoot, to listing the house, to persevering with holding open houses either by himself or with members of his team every weekend until he found a buyer. Raffi was proactive in working with our buying agent in our new location to help make our move as seamless as possible. When it appeared that there might be obstacles that would create barriers in that side of the process, Raffi went out of his way to insure that any hiccups that were created by either the buyers of our home, us, or the home itself were mitigated to insure that we were able to close as expected both in selling our current house and in buying our new home. His knowledge and advice opened our eyes to the potential for positive outcomes we did not always see or know how to achieve. My husband and I both highly recommend Raffi Dakessian. If we ever decide to move back to the San Fernando Valley, well ask Raffi to be our realtor and to help us find a home!
