She also possesses a wealth of contacts for getting some things done in around the house. Ray was on point with the pricing of the home to gain the most interest as soon as possible. That proved to be The golden ticket since the house was on the market only a few days and one weekend open house. The following week the offers were flying in and then counter offers. Ray also covered a few items for me when I was not able to be at the Home During the closing process.
