Rae was my buyer's agent for the purchase of my first home. My parents and I were very impressed with her. She helped me through every step of the buying process, pointed out issues and explained what each step was, why it happens, what the different reports mean. She even went ahead and got quotes from different service companies for some repairs we identified during the inspection. Rae truly went above and beyond in how much she helped me with the purchase of my new home, and she has continued to follow-up with me since closing on the progress of some initial repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend Rae to anyone looking for a quality realtor, but especially to a new home-buyer. If I ever sell this home, I will definitely turn to Rae first.

Rae made our move from Utah to Tampa much easier. We moved to Tampa from Utah and knew nothing about the area. Rae asked all the right questions to help narrow down areas to look for homes. She asked about children, work, commute, and lifestyle. She set up three queries and sent listings based on geographical area and distance to work. I was able to easliy price compare based on area. I narrowed down a list of home before my house hunting trip and was able to put in an offer before the trip was over. She was intune with the area and my needs. I highly recommend her, especially if you are relocating from another state. She made us feel comfortable with the area and the move.
