We dealt with Rachele's husband, Ian and they both make a great team who are knowledgeable, committed, and are also very kind. There were a few things that delayed closing a bit, including a gas leak at the final walk-through. Ian went the extra mile to make sure we were safe and we were able to close promptly because he was so diligent and thorough. I would happily use this team again in the future!
