We were dwelling in South Florida, so difficult to have a personal walk-though. Rachel helped by capturing "professional" quality video for and and we made our offer by video walk-through.Seller was a foreigner and VERY difficult to deal with. Had to be in control of everything and made unreasonable demands. Rachel was great at re-negotiating those unreasonable demands. We had been in the area for 3 weeks but seller would not allow us to see the house until two (2) days before closing. Seller then tried to blame Rachel for all of his own issues (I read his nasty text messages to Rachel) and even tried to turn mother, friend and myself against her, which didn't work because Rachel had already proven her honour and integrity far surpassed seller's. Rachel was there with us every step of the long and stressful journey and came through for us with another place for temporary housing accommodations when the seller (unnecessarily) delayed closing by 6 days. Rachel has a good attitude and is resourceful when obstacles come up. We love her and hope to see her again in future months.Peace and blessings.
