Nightmare is the best way to put it on this S.R. Real estate listing we found. Starting from day one they missed an introduction meeting that we had set up. This was common throughout the entire relationship. They contracted Scott?s ventures llc to build a home and we decided to jump on board. Builder smoked in the home throughout. Butts everywhere. Went to the bathroom in my backyard all summer. 1and 2. Builder and real estate company abandoned the project without completing the punch list that we all had signed. Grout, missing floor boards, rooms with different style floor than others, holes in walls and just horrible craftsmanship everywhere you look. Contract says if any problems within one year he has to come back. Cannot reach realty company or builder. Two of the most unprofessional businesses I?ve ever come in contact with. Beware. Have tried calling dozens of times with no response. During the process and afterwards.
