Rachel has it ALL brains beauty and heart She got my house to sell in a REALLY TOUGH SITUATION And she was so incredibly dedicated knowing that I desperately needed this house to sell She is far more intelligent and strategic than is even necessary She has built very helpful professional relationships with so many other relators city leaders attorneys and mortgage brokers These connections help to open up more possibilities for each buyer and seller Everybody loves her Then there is her big heart She deeply cares not just about the St Petersburg community but the long term happiness of all of her clients She takes the time to get to better understand each clients personal circumstance and builds the best strategy using that not a one size fits all strategyMy house is a tiny little house that was very damaged by the storm Rachel did not need to bother with a home like mine because she is so talented and could be going after only the big commissions She took me on as a client to not only help me but to help the entire Shore Acres Community Throughout the entire time working with Rachel I was always so amazed at how she treated me just the same as she would her clients with houses in the millions That says a lot about her character I was BLESSED to have the opportunity to work with her and I am certain my house would be still on the market if not If you come across this review consider yourself lucky

Rachel was our realtor and did an amazing job finding our home We truly believe we never would have gotten the home if she wasnt our realtor We had been searching for three years and every time we found a home it became a bidding war on day one I refused to pay way over the asking price and in all cash so we lost many opportunitiesThen we met Rachel She found us a home and once again we faced a bidding war This time Rachel recommended we put in a backup offer after losing the initial bidding war We were the only ones who did this and when the initial buyer didnt come through we got the home even though we werent even the top two offersWe owe this all to Rachel who also provided us with all the contacts needed to help remodel the home as we knew no one We couldnt be happier and highly recommend Rachel
