This most recent set was a roller coaster ride and Rachel was there by our side, responding at all kinds of odd hours. She got our house sold, off season, without it even needing to hit the market because she's incredibly in tune with the local market. Then, as we waited out the off season lull, low inventory and crazy demand, she was patient with us and gave sage advice. She didn't tell us what we WANTED to hear, instead opted for the advice we NEEDED to hear based on her experience and having gotten to know us through a couple of transactions.
