We were first time home buyers coming from Oklahoma to Amarillo. We didnt know anyone so we used google to find a realtor. The first two realtors we used did not go well. Neither responded quick. One made things feel awkward and showed us houses completely opposite of what we were looking for. After the 2nd realtor I was already stressed and felt like the whole thing was going to just get worse.Luckily my wife found Rachel. She was like night and day compared to the first two realtors. She was very responsive from the beginning and very motivated to help us get what we wanted. She knew Amarillo very well and surrounding towns. She was very upfront on what neighborhoods we most likely would want to live in based on us having 4 kids and wanting good schools and to feel safe. Going around house shopping was easy smooth and an enjoyable experience. During negotiating with the sellers she was great at getting us what we wanted and getting us the best price. She is absolutely a fighter if things need to be addressed and will take stress off of you. She will not hesitate to say what needs to be said during negotiating with the other side. One important thing I also notice is she wasnt worried about selling us the most expensive house. She made us feel like she genuinely wanted the best deal for us regardless of how much it meant she made.Ive also recommended her to a friend who had a great experience as well.I honestly cant think of anything she wasnt able to help us with or do for us. We highly recommend Rachel!!!

Rachel knows the Amarillo market so very well. She was able to target one of the houses we were looking at as a great deal per square foot, especially for the area that we wanted to be in. One of her best qualities is how assertive she is when it comes to a highly desireable property that multiple people are interested in. She knows what a seller would be looking for when it comes to putting in an early offer (with an opt-out option in case the house is the wrong house for you)As first time home buyers, we certainly didnt know everything involved with purchasing a house. She will help you understand your options in the home buying process, and will certainly be on your side throughout the entire thing.
