Rachel was a boss on our homebuying process. She recommended our lender who also worked well for us. I was coming from out of state so everything had to be on point. My husband and I came for 3 days at first to view the properties we picked online and she lined up everything. She had the homeinspection setup at a great deal. And they did a great job. She was able negotiate on on the asking price and also negotiate big sum off our closing. She was friendly and checked in on us. I feel lke she will be a friend to us in Florida as well.

Even though I decided to wait to buy my home after Rachel Cruz worked so hard and traveled to a lot of different house for 2 months she was so pleased and was more than welcome to help me find my new home after contacting her again when I was a little bit prepared 4 months later. Even then I still needed a lot of help. Rachel Cruz stood by my side and worked days and nights literally.
