She's very professional and it's clear that the family construction business has given her some construction insights as a bonus you don't normally get with agents. We had a few issues crop up near the end and Rachel really pushed everything over the line for us! I dread to think what could have happened if she hadn't fixed it for us. Aside from being very competent and dedicated, we also thought she was very friendly and easy to get on with. Pretty sure out baby would also give 5 stars on this point!
