Entering into the market very young, I started off as just a mortgage processor in 2005. After a year of working on mortgages, I joined Main Realty, formerly Exit Metroquest Realty, in 2006. Originally hired to stay in the Metroquest Mortgage Department, I was quickly moved to the administrator and transaction coordinator position for the office. After a few years of the knowledge and experience of working on the office side of things, I decided to get my license and put my experience on every end of the transaction. Being a Buyer's Specialist from the beginning, I used that to help myself become an effective listing agent and selling homes at their highest amounts possible. As markets change, I have learned to adapt. I even handled the short sales starting in 2008! In 2015 I became licensed in the State of Arizona as well as becoming a Broker Associate in Florida becoming your "Coast 2 Coast Realtor!" In 2019 as we expanded the Polston Results Team in Tucson, AZ to Plantation, FL we were also named Best Real Estate Teams in Arizona by RealTrends.com!
