    About Rachel Beauford

    Entering into the market very young, I started off as just a mortgage processor in 2005. After a year of working on mortgages, I joined Main Realty, formerly Exit Metroquest Realty, in 2006. Originally hired to stay in the Metroquest Mortgage Department, I was quickly moved to the administrator and transaction coordinator position for the office. After a few years of the knowledge and experience of working on the office side of things, I decided to get my license and put my experience on every end of the transaction. Being a Buyer's Specialist from the beginning, I used that to help myself become an effective listing agent and selling homes at their highest amounts possible. As markets change, I have learned to adapt. I even handled the short sales starting in 2008! In 2015 I became licensed in the State of Arizona as well as becoming a Broker Associate in Florida becoming your "Coast 2 Coast Realtor!" In 2019 as we expanded the Polston Results Team in Tucson, AZ to Plantation, FL we were also named Best Real Estate Teams in Arizona by RealTrends.com!     Rachel responded to my inquiry to look at one or two bedroom condos in the Hollywood area. She began by sending me emails with listings for potential sales. When I found something I liked to go look at, she sent her partner Jose to two different places I requested to see. The second one was the one I purchased. Her partner showed up at all the meetings and showings. I never met Rachel because she was away in Arizona selling a place there. Her advice and knowledge, however, about the offer and closing were very accurate. All was completed over the phone and with emails until the closing. I would recommend Rachel for her knowledge and experience. This was my first time buying a place in Florida and I am from out of state.
