After interviewing some other builders my wife and I hired Rosewood Homes to build our dream home and we are very happy with the result. Larry was great to work with throughout the process, its clear they have a great rapport with their subcontractors, our home was constantly buzzing with activity throughout the process, there never appeared to be any struggle keeping contractors engaged in our project as others we know have had. Larry was very attentive to the project and maintained great communication throughout the process and even after move-in. Rosewood completed our home in less than 5 months to allow us to move out of our old house on time, and move right in to the new house and settle before welcoming our newborn. Even after moving in Larry has been on-call for any last punch list items and has been very responsive and prompt to get these done, a rare occurrence in the home building industry. We are very happy with our new Home. Thanks!
