I believe that people, MidCoast Maine and property all have unlimited potential to create a magical life when they are connected. It is an honor and a privilege for me to get to know a client and help them find the right home. Specifically, I absolutely love helping folks create a vision for foreclosure, a fixer-upper, or an underappreciated home and making it into a home to suit their needs.

When I am not at work, I love creating an adventure with my two boys and taking advantage of the incredible beauty and depth of this area by hiking, cross country skiing, visiting islands, and dining out with friends. My passion for creating a vision for a home extends to my personal life as my husband and I have been renovating my grandparents' 1911 Victorian for two and a half years. It would be a great pleasure to work with you as we collectively create a vision for the future.

As out-of-town buyers, albeit with some knowledge of the Midcoast area, we relied on Rachael to manage the process of coordinating showings both remotely and in-person. We were looking during a particularly volatile market, so houses would turn over quickly, often for more than the asking price, so it was often challenging. She also has considerable knowledge of reliable service providers such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors and so forth, which is invaluable when you are moving to a new area.
