Pualani made the home hunt and relocation experience much less stressful. We have been house hunting for a couple of years with the intent to relocate from NC to Western NC/TN/GA in anticipation of retiring and moving closer to our family. We finally found the perfect home and reached out to the number on the listing. Unfortunately, that listing was pulled from the market, so the search was on again. While we knew the general location of where we wanted to settle, it was quite a big area (Western NC, TN, North GA), Pualani was quick to provide available listing that met our wants/needs in those locations. Since we were located 7-8 hours away, scheduling time to see homes was tricky. On very short notice, Pualani would pull a list of properties together (either we identified, or she identified) and set up viewings on short notices. She was always readily available on short notice to show homes. In several instances, she took videos of homes and sent them to us so we wouldn?t have to make the long drive. Once we decided on a home, she was with us every step of the way. Since it was new construction, it was 8 months from the date we signed the contract until we closed. Pualani was meticulous in providing weekly (and sometimes more often) updates on the progress and the expected milestones. We are so impressed with Pualani?s service; we will definitely use her for our future home buying and selling needs.

Pualani is a consummate professional! This is a realtor who has gone the extra mile to learn ALL of the ins and outs of the area she sells. If she doesnt have the answer, she researches until she finds what is needed and then does the follow-up. She works well with other realtors involved in her transactions and has a list of vendors who have the same work ethic and knowledge as she does. We were out of town buyers and she helped educate us to the pros and cons of each area we were exploring. Further, she was on top of things that needed to be done locally while we were back at our home state selling our residence there. We had no worries if we asked for her help because we had the confidence to know she would take care of anything that needed to be done. If youre looking for a seamless buying and/or selling experience Pualani is the professional you want!

This was a very complex sell with many moving parts. Pualani made this convenient and quick. Considering I was moving from out of state, this was greatly appreciated.
