Prissy was excellent! I highly recommend her. She is kind, knowledgeable, very great about responding quickly, and willing to travel to different locations. Prissy showed my husband and I several houses in the Beaumont area and one house in the silsbee area. She was always on time to appointment showings and she was always quick to respond to text messages. She also was always willing to schedule us the next day and the day of request for more showings, squeezing us into her busy schedule. Prissy communicated with our lender about the possibilities for helping us with the closing costs and the deposit of a particular house. While we did not purchase a home because we are first time home buyers that realized we needed to save more money to accommodate the closing costs, prissy was very helpful and we will be reaching out to her again once we are able to move forward with the home buying process again.
