One recent transaction that really stands out was a listing in Lake Forest Keys. The sellers had lived in the home for over 20 years and the family was nervous about timing the market and preparing the property for sale. We stepped in early to guide them through every detail, from decluttering to staging and pricing strategy. Because of our deep understanding of the neighborhood and buyer behavior, we positioned the home to attract strong interest right away. Within days of going active, we had multiple offers and ultimately negotiated a sale well above asking price with favorable terms for the sellers. What made this transaction special wasn’t just the outcome, it was the trust they placed in us and the way we were able to simplify a complex process during an emotional transition. 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My journey into real estate was rooted in hard work, leadership, and a desire to serve others. I spent 15 years in retail operations, managing teams, solving problems, and learning how to run a business from the ground up. Real estate had always been an interest, but making the leap was a big decision. When my company began going through major changes, Craig encouraged me to take the chance, and I never looked back.
Early on, we launched a transaction coordination business, which gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how real estate deals are structured. 5 stars isn't enough for Priscilla and Craig Albin. If I could rate them 100 stars I would!!!! Excellent customer service went above and beyond. It was bittersweet in selling our childhood home. The staging, photos, spruce up made this 67 year old home look beautiful. Priscilla understood from the beginning we were selling home through a trust & had to minimize expense. We also didn't live in the home and was a distance away. Priscilla gave the utmost care and assured us, at the very beginning, she heard our needs. They delivered exactly what they committed too and more. We accepted an offer less than 30 days in, and closed within 3 weeks after that. (over asking!!). Highly recommend the realtor team of Priscilla and Craig Albin.

Priscilla is a top notch professional who masterfully helped us buy our first home. We were fortunate to have found her after not having a great experience with our first agent. We engaged in an intensive search and interview process with five agents in Orange County, and Priscilla impressed us with her lived experience and thorough responses to our questions. She took the time to get to know us well and she ultimately found the home we bought which would not have otherwise been on our radar. In total we saw 70 homes from February to October so became quite familiar with the competitive sellers market. While we only saw several dozen homes with Priscillas team, she was effective at getting us successful offers and getting us into escrow.
