About US: We are passionate about Real Estate. If we are home, we are searching for homes; if traveling, searching for opportunities. Every customer is a challenge and we won't quit until we have found the right home for our buyers or the best paying buyer for our sellers. We are never in a rush to close a deal as our main focus is customer satisfaction. We don't see ourselves as sales people but as facilitators. We sell our services and our past clients will attest to this.

Our goal is to use our expertise to take the stress out of home buying and selling. We meet with the clients for a small briefing about their needs. We will work with a mortgage lender to obtain a letter of credit if financing will be involved. Once pre-approved, we patiently help them find the perfect home regardless for how long it will take. Once we find the right property we will diligently work to obtain a contract and ease the client through the home buying process.

We speak three languages and deal with international clientele on a daily basis. While these international customers are usually savvy investors they may have little knowledge of the local market and home buying procedures in the US. We help fill up the knowledge gap and refer professionals from different fields such as mortgage brokers, immigration attorneys, decorators, and contractors, just to name a few.

With business, appraisal and legal backgrounds who later found a passion for real estate, our team has used our experience and entrepreneurship to gain a competitive advantage for our clientele.
