I was a long distance seller and needed a partner who would go the extra mile for me. From the moment I hired her, she got to work. I had landscapers at the property THAT day. I had handymen at the ready. I received excellent counsel during the whole transaction. When I was feeling less than sure about a decision, Priscila countered with sage advice and it always ended up to my benefit. And I received it from her, not from a minion who is part of a "Real Estate Team". No teams for me where accountability is disbursed among the members and the pointing goes in so many directions that you just throw up your hands and shake your head. I want the person who won the business to be the only one I talk to when the going gets rough. Seriously, she is the whole package. And she is devoid of ego yet very strong when representing you with the other side. She is not afraid to pick up the phone. I promise you, you will not make a bad decision when you choose Priscila. I wish I had more houses to sell just so I could hire her again!
