If there were more stars to give, we would. Peter Manivani deserves the recognition. We bought our home through Peter from out of state six years ago. It was very clear to us at that time that our interests were his primary focus, pointing out both negatives and positives in the houses we saw. We never had a realtor that pointed out the negatives. The buying experience was so smooth and his support throughout the process was so helpful and personal, that it was a no-brainer to go back to him when we decided to move again. As we prepared to sell our home, Peter listened to our needs, made very good suggestions about how to market the home and advised us on what needed to be improved. He maintained very good communication with us to keep us informed of progress and last minute changes/needs by the buyer. It's never an easy process to buy or sell a home, but Peter's guidance through it ensured it went smoothly and we were very happy with the final results. We sold our home very quickly at a price with which we were very happy. My wife and I wanted to do a quick review of Peter's performance listing and selling our home. From the first moment he became our Realtor, Peter was, hands down, outstanding! Listing the home, hiring the photographer that performed a miracle on how our home looked in pictures, speed to market, exchanging documents online, informing us of how the process would work from beginning to end, keeping us abreast of any insight from other realtors that went to look at the home, following up with those realtors, presenting us with the various options when negotiating the price, providing us with weekly updates on showings/online visits and follow ups, overall expertise with negotiation tactics, I can honestly say he was the best Realtor we've had in the several real estate transactions we've had. His knowledge of the market, the processes, the online presence and savviness, all worked out to our advantage in a manner that I don't think any other Realtor could've done. We were buying long distance in what became a short timeframe after ~5 years of repeated delays of my transfer to Houston. Peter was very patient and kept sending us potential properties for consideration. When things became more serious, he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We had a couple of house-hunting trips and he was able to spend almost all day with us both times driving us to homes all over Cypress, Katy, Sugarland and Fullshear. Peter was always forthcoming with pros and cons of the different areas and very helpful pointing out differences in local taxes and HOA fees, nuances in contracts (we made a couple of unsuccessful offers before eventually snagging our house) and other details. that were very helpful to us. We never felt any pressure from him nor did we ever feel he was pushing for a higher value house for his own gain, which some might do. The house we eventually bought popped up on the web with no photos and he quickly obtained them for us. He then spent two hours face-timing with us (he had also done this on one of the other houses) so we could see it thoroughly. Peter pointed out potential defects where he saw them that we could not see in the photos and advised us very appropriately on possibilities and costs of potential upgrades/repairs. A price was agreed very quickly and then Peter helped us all through the whole process of buying a home remotely. To cap it off, ayear after we bought the house, he sent us a lovely flower arrangement for the first anniversary. We are over the moon with our home and could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor. I truly believe Peter's motivation is to make the home buyer happy and he puts their needs first.
