Disclaimer: I have never met Polina Kilpela--she sold my house in St Paul while I was moving halfway across the world to be with my aging mother during the 2021 phase of a global pandemic. Polina was the first agent to responded to a request through an online realtor locator and I liked her immediately. She was to the point and cordial, and her business like attitude and experience with selling homes for military families stationed overseas convinced me she was the one for me. Polina helped me manage the move of my tenant and all the debris that was left behind. She found the contractors who did the work for reasonable fees, she made sure they completed the work and guided me every step of the way. The first week it was on the market and her first weekend of showings snared a full price offer and we had a contract before it was over. I cannot recommend this woman enough.
