Pitina was very helpful, and friendly the whole way. She always had good advice too I think - She did everything I would expect a realtor to do, and made the homebuying process easier, even when moving to a new state with different laws and ways of doing things.

Pitinia and her team helped us close a deal on a house. When she was overseas she left us in capable hands and also took our calls. She has fantastic assistants that helped when she wasnt available, thanks to Christina and Poalo who aided her. Being first time home owners she assisted us in closing and gave us recommendations with a team of experts. Even when were not sure of problems that creep up after closing she has assisted us. First and foremost I can say how lucky we were to have Pitina and her staff recommended to us! Pitina worked so diligently to help us find the home of our dreams and was always available EVERY day to help us or answer questions. This is a level of commitment you just don't see very often anymore and was quite frankly incredibly impressive to both of us! Pitina was always very organized and well informed about the properties we were looking at. Her well trained eye pointed out the things that we needed to see and the things we needed to watch out for. Of course I have to also mention Christina and the rest of the staff working with Pitina. Thanks to them we were always kept up to date, sometimes on a hourly basis, of the progression of our purchasing experience. Bottom line is that we felt like we were being taken care of throughout every day of the experience from the initial showings, settlement, and beyond!
