As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, and Pierre helped me every step of the way. Because the market in the area is so hot right now, I put in 4 or 5 bids before finally getting a house. Pierre was very patient and kept finding me more homes to look at and bid on. He showed me somewhere between 10 and 15 homes over the course of a few weeks. He was very easy to communicate with by phone, text, or email even after normal business hours and on weekends. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the buying and selling processes, and even about specific details on the homes themselves. One of my favorite things about Pierre is that he's not afraid to give you his honest and straightforward opinion when you ask him about anything.
