Pierre put up with a lot from me. There were many ups and downs whilst trying to secure a house. I have owned 14 houses in my life, and this was one of the most difficult purchases I've had. Several times I made bids on the same day as others, one counter offer said 50k non refundable deposit required with an offer, several houses didn't work out because of problems uncovered in inspections, and I was under the gun at the end, as my condo was under contract, and I became stressed beyond words. It was pretty crazy. I was perhaps not the easiest guy to deal with at that point. But Pierre calmly pushed on and on and on, steady under fire, until finally this place got a solid contract. He had to deal with me for months.... Of the very many agents I have had in my life, both buying and selling (perhaps 20 in all), he is the best by far in returning phone calls, or answering on first ring. I never once became irritated by having trouble reaching him. Great communicator. He is also fabulous with followup questions I regarding a property, or local law issues, etc. He is also extremely well connected with contractors, inspectors, insurance agents, etc. Most recommendations worked out well. A small reminder that it the buyer's responsibility to learn and know laws regarding issues involving pool fences, and permit requirements, and such, and not take advice from agents! Pierre was a great agent for me. I recommend him.
