She was NOT constantly on her cell phone while with me (a real pet peeve of mine). After the purchase she helped me transition into Lake Junaluska's seasonal rental program. When the mortgage company in Asheville started giving me the "run-around", Phyllis referred me to a local bank in Waynesville and everything then proceeded smoothly. I would most certainly use her as my agent again!
