Graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Communications Family History: My family and I have called Vero Beach home, for three generations. My grandfather, 2E Norris, Jr. first touched down in Vero Beach in 1943 when, as a Marine Corps Captain, he arrived to train as a Marine Corsair pilot. At that time, the country was in the middle of World War II and Vero Beach housed a U.S. Naval air station. It was also the time when 2E met Alex MacWilliam, Jr. who was a Lieutenant who oversaw the officer's club housed at the present-day Ocean Grill. 2E was a Princeton graduate and an executive Vice President of BBDO in New York City. His love of Vero Beach was forever burning inside him. In 1969, 2E began purchasing property in John's Island. In 1972, he finished one of the first estate homes in Johns Island and subsequently lent his expertise in the creation of Bent Pine Golf Club. I grew up splitting time between Ridgefield, CT, Manhattan & Vero Beach. In 2003, my parents decided that Vero Beach was a better place to raise their family. While in High School, in 2006, I began my real estate career in Vero Beach working with Cindy O'Dare as a Brokers Intern for several years. My life's journey then brought me to Flagler College, where I studied Journalism, graduating with a BA in Communications, while of course, also working - for a short time at Watson Realty. After College, I toured the country leading and working on public relations teams at music festivals for a little over 5 years. However, in 2014, my path led back to Vero Beach. For 2 and a half years I worked with Vero 32963 Newpapers as their lead staff photographer. This was also the time when I met my beautiful wife, Melanie. Right around the time our daughter, Emma, was born, I began a new job working with the 45th Space Wing in their Public Relations Department as a Visual Information Specialist. Working on the space program was an opportunity of a lifetime. I am so grateful that I was blessed to work with the incredible men and women of our armed forces. Once our second son, Phillip, was born, Melanie and I both felt led by God to return to my original career path - real estate. In 2019 I began working with the O'Dare Group, and in 2021, I joined Alex MacWilliam Real Estate, where I have been a Top Producing agent for each year I have been with the company. Today, Melanie and I have four incredible children, Everleigh, Phillip, Emma & Jake, who range in age from 2 years old to 11. I can't forget to mention the newest addition to our family, our energetic Goldador Puppy named Sadie. She is our best buddy. As a family, we love spending time at our favorite beaches in Vero, exploring all over Florida (and beyond), being tireless foodies and just enjoying this amazing life that God has blessed us with.
