Phillip was the only realtor I spoke with that contacted me back. I was preapproved and ready to buy and I told multiple agents that. Phillip stayed in contact from our first home tour. He helped us find homes that fit our needs. He worked around our schedules and was always available. . He was very kind and supportive. I don't think I would have made it through this process without him. My wife and I agreed, after closing today, we are going to miss him. Phillip gets a 10/10 from me and I will recommend him to everyone I know!!!

Phillip had excellent communication with me as the seller. Informed me on every prospect that inquired and or looked at the property.
