Phillip Brady loves the South Carolina coast. Raised in an air force family, Phillip is well traveled and has been exposed to many places in the U.S., Europe and South America. This exposure gave Phillip a greater understanding of cultures and people in general. He also understands the many complications and excitement of moving to a new home and area.

Phillip graduated from Summerville High School in Summerville, S.C. and soon after completed his BA from Francis Marion University in Florence, S.C. Since then he has been on the Georgetown County Coast, initially on Black River, a long deep water river, outside of the Historic Town. He now resides in Pawleys Island with his wife, Jill and daughter Kendall.

The Coastal area from Historic Georgetown to Surfside Beach offers something for every budget and every taste which include, beaches, rivers, golf courses, marinas, shopping,entertainment and dining.
