ZillowVERIFIEDThis market is crazy, and when my wife and I decided to sell our house and upgrade to a bigger house in the middle of this crazy pandemic market, it was absolutely nerve wracking. But we knew from a previous experience of buying our first house with Philippa that we were in good hands. (My previous review of her tells you what Philippa was able to navigate in our first experience.) This time around Philippa was able to sell our house and got us maximum value. That was the easy part. Buying in this market is the hard part. She was able to pull out every trick in the book and all of her negotiating skills to land us a house we are absolutely in love with and she was able to get it at a fair price. She did so well, that my parents decided to try and sell there house as well. This was a house that was falling apart and in desperate need of rehabilitation, but despite that, Philippa was able to sell that house as well. Philippa is a true professional and simply put she is good at what she does. She is tough and unwavering. If you want to sell your house or buy, or both, I would not hesitate to recommend Philippa for any and all of your real estate needs.
