Philip Demoran

Philip is the Broker - Owner of The Demoran Realty Group. He grew up on the MS Gulf Coast, graduating from St. Martin High School and then Mississippi State University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. After college he got into retail and retail management for the next 20 years. Philip has always been interested in the housing market and loved to help people so real estate was a natural fit. Philip started real estate in 2015 in just 12 months his business took off with him quickly becoming one of the top agents at that brokerage. After forming his team, The Demoran Group in 2019, he finished the year in the top 2.5% of all real estate agents on the MS Gulf Coast. He has facilitated numerous residential and commercial property deals, ranging from luxury estates to investment properties. His commitment to providing personalized service and his ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client have earned him a loyal clientele base and numerous referrals.
