Since 1988, Philip has played an important role in his father's company which has provided real estate service in Orange County and Long Beach communities for over 40 years! His years as a mortgage loan officer since 1996 gave him extensive knowledge of the loan process and a firm foundation for loan programs, the importance of managing accounts, client relations, and wise investment practices. As a homeowner in Huntington Harbor, Philip and his beautiful wife Danielle, an Interior Designer, both understand and appreciate the importance of owning and maintaining a home.
