    To put it simply, Phil is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and often was a good counsellor to us when making tough decisions.     Gail and I highly recommend Phil if you're buying or selling your home. He is the experienced agent that you want to have in your corner when making such an important decision in your life. His guidance and experience was a welcome relief when we sold our home. We relied on him to both educate us and walk us through the whole process.     If we could we would give Phil 10 stars for negotiation skills and add a category for Patience. The process of buying our home was long and difficult buying a home from a seller who was not ready to leave his house. Phil expertly came up with options numerous times to get the closing done. He answered emails and text messages immediately and at all hours and did everything with a smile and pleasant attitude. On the other end of things, the process of selling our home couldn't have gone smoother and Phil's beautiful listing got us full price offers on the first day! If you want somebody who will go to bat for you and get you the home of your dreams or are looking to sell your house this is the guy!
