ZillowVERIFIEDI'm finally settled in to my home and I wanted to relay my experience with Phil and Julie Reynolds. My home search began last Christmas Eve, I found the home desired and clicked on more info from a realtor. I think I got an autorespond and then my phone rang within 30 seconds from the autorespond. It was Phil. We talked for a few mins and he was able to set up a viewing the day after Christmas. I liked the house and wanted to start the process. I met his lovely wife Julie and she handled the paperwork end.The current homeowners were looking for another house and so we patiently waited for what we needed to do next. Phil is a former pastor,missionary, and teacher and the skillset he learned at these jobs helped out tremendously in this process. Julie is a former elementary school teacher and her simple train car diagram helped simplify theentire home-buying process. I knew exactly where I was and what I needed to do next. I kidded them saying it was a buy-one, get-one free.However, I really did get much better service than if it had been with a solo agent. They made the process as easy as possible, as prompt as possible, as patient as possible( it was a six month process due to factors outside their control) and as fun as possible. I really enjoyed the process with them. I once read a draft horse by itself could pull 8000 pounds, but 2 draft horses working together could pull 3x (24000 pounds) as much.As with Phil and Julie, you get three times the agent for the price of one.You have heard to choose wisely when choosing a real estate professional.If you choose Phil and Julie, you are choosing with the Wisdom Of Solomon.
