Phil was great! I was connected with him through Realtor.com and he gave me solid advice on how to proceed with the sale of our home in PA and then look for something in NC. They dates we provided to him for use to come search for a home worked perfectly and he maximized our time with 12 showings lined up for is in 2 days. He has always been responsive and kept in touch throughout the process as well as provided us with information to help us get settled in quickly. Phil Hurley is outstanding in his field as a realtor. His knowledge of the local and surrounding areas is extensive as well as the ebb and flow of the market. He navigated the sale of my mom's property including finding and obtaining quotes for a repair that was needed. He acted as a dual agent for the buyers and us, showing the utmost integrity during the entire time. Communication was always on point and timely. The process was seamless, and we were in and out in under 30 days. He also worked with our son and his wife to find a home in a very competitive market. Phil went above and beyond during the entire time we were looking for a home. He was extremely knowledgable and honest with his feedback regarding properties we viewed. He was so helpful with the entire home buying process, even when our loan and appraisal process became complicated due to factors outside of his control. When things became challenging with our lender, Phil found alternative solutions and strongly advocated for us to have the fairest and best deal possible. When we needed to switch lenders last minute, he found an amazing new lender and helped us get the deal in record time!
