Phaedrea Watkins

Phaedrea Watkins is the Broker-in-Charge and Principal Owner of Promise Realty Group powered by eXp Realty. She operates a growing firm, currently overseeing a team of several agents. She and her team thrive to deliver on the promise of providing great real estate services to the immediate community. Phaedrea is an advocate for homeownership and helping buyers, sellers, and investors, alike, build generational wealth through real estate. She is a multi-million dollar producing agent, serving the Triangle, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Phaedrea is a current member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. As well, she serves on the Advisory Board for the Holly Springs Housing Affordability Committee. Phaedrea has earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Accredited Buyer's Representative certification both from the National Association of Realtors. As a native of North Carolina, Phaedrea grew up in the Sandhills, area in the quaint town of Southern Pines NC. However, she has lived in the Triangle Area for over 15 years. She currently resides in Holly Springs with her husband and two children. Phaedrea graduated from both North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) and Bellevue University where she earned her Master's of Business Administration degree. She is licensed to sell real estate in both North Carolina and Florida.
