We casually talked about what we were looking for and Peter was kind enough to do a few preliminary searches for us. We decided to see a few properties with him over the coming weeks and were very thankful to have somebody so knowledge about both the greater Phoenix area, as well as house values. Given the competitive nature of the market, our search took time and Peter never once pressured us to move faster in our search, nor did he ever push us to exceed our budget. Eventually, we found or dream house, which Peter actually found out about prior to it ever hitting the market. What that meant for us was we got to see it before anybody else, submit an offer, and enter escrow, all before the house was scheduled to go live. Peter (and the whole S Group crew) are truly the best ever. If you're looking for a house in the area, I can't recommend them enough!
