He was well mannered, attentive, not pushy and knew his product for questions asked, and if he did not know the answer he made sure he found it out. No guessing or excuses. When left a message by phone or email, he would always get back to you with in a reasonable amount of time. One of the qualities I was very pleased with Peter was he always got an appointment for you as soon as he could, whatever time was needed to help you get to see the house before it was gone.
