They are very well connected in the area and know the ins-and-outs which was crucial in making me comfortable with the deal! I'm sure they are very busy but were always patient, prompt and thorough with responding to all of my questions. We went in with a 21-day close over Christmas and New Years which I thought would be impossible, but they made sure everything was kept on or ahead of schedule and we closed just as planned. They also had fantastic lender and insurer recommendations that really helped complete a fantastic team! I can't recommend them enough and will certainly have them help me with any future home purchases in their areas!
