Renata was also very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate related transactions. She did a great job taking pictures of the house and write a great description. We were away a lot when the house was on the market and they helped keep an eye on it. At one point, one potential customer expressed concerns about an old water stain but was not clear in the feedback. Renata went to the house and took some pictures and confirmed it was an old stain, not new. That meant a lot to us. That provided a lot of useful advice on how to make the house more presentable.

We are moving to Indiana from Illinois and had to use a different realtor in Illinois and let me tell you that it was like night and day between the two realtors! Pete was always there when we needed him and was always easy to get in contact with and helped guide us through the whole process! He even met one of the inspectors at the house for us because we are out of state! Without a doubt I would recommend him to anyone!
