About Peter Izzi

Peter Izzi, licensed real estate Broker Associate from Warwick, RI, is known in the real estate community for his dedication to the industry. Peter Izzi and his team are amazing and I cant recommend them enough. If youre considering hiring a realtor, call The Peter Izzi Team. Over the years, I have utilized The Peter Izzi Team for several transactions. Living out of state, it is critical to find someone who can be fully entrusted, maintain high standards, and keep communication open & clear. There is no one else I would trust. To put things in perspective, here are 3 transactions that we have worked on already in 2021 (and happening simultaneously):1) update tenants leases, 2) buy a separate home, 3) sell a condo. 1) Tenants prior leases had lapsed and we also had to screen a new tenant. Suzanne reached out to existing tenants and executed their new leases. She also screened new tenants (application, background checks, collecting security deposit, and executing a new lease). Suzanne handled all communication, ironed out all details, and made the process seamless. Her experience was demonstrated throughout the process.2) This particular sellers market is posing unique challenges for buyers as properties are receiving an unprecedented amount of offers. However, it was very urgent that we found a single family home. Within weeks, Pete screened about 40 properties, went to a couple dozen (including 4 in one day), and entered in targeted offers. I say targeted because I saw the market and started lowering my standards for the price range; however, Pete did not. He continued to be diligent about finding the right property and not just taking anything. Additionally, Peter has construction knowledge and is able to offer a different perspective than most realtors. Given his experience, he can quickly identify an issue as major/minor. This is helpful as it can help zero in on the right property fit! We were selective on what bids we placed and strategic about how we bid. Within 3 weeks of fully starting the search, I am relieved (and very happy) to report that we have signed a P&S. It had everything we were looking for: single family home, all the specs we wanted aEUR" 3 bedrooms approaching 2000 sq ft, and within the price range we were hoping. In this market, that is nothing short of magic! 3) Lastly, we are in the process of listing a condo. Given Peter and his teams experience, I am confident that we will be well positioned for a great sale! Pete and team were recommended by a friend but we interviewed a few realtors before putting our house on the market. From the beginning, Pete did not seem like a used car salesman or someone who had just gotten his realtor license. When pricing our home, he provided a detailed analysis of the property value. Second, pete makes himself available - he responded to us during vacation and made himself available to come see every house we wanted his opinion on. His construction background is a valuable asset walking through houses of any age. He and his tremendous team sold our home in a little over 30 days and was there for the smallest detail (ie. replacing fire alarm batteries to ensure the fire inspection would go smoothly). Lastly, pete truly wants to find you the right house, he took the time to understand our family and what we were looking for in a new home and neighborhood. I highly recommend his services!!!

Peter Izzi and his team of professionals are absolutely amazing. Everyone worked together to ensure that I was constantly up to date on the house I was selling, along with other houses I was interested in. With Peter and his team, my house sold for more than asking price within 28 hours of it being listed. He gives honest and sound advice that helped me to have my house in the best condition for the market, without requiring that I break the bank. He was also amazing when he would work around our crazy work schedules to make sure we could see all the houses we wanted to, regardless if where they were in the state.His team kept in constant contact with us letting us know step-by-step what to expect and answered any questions or concerns we had about the process, and trust me, there were many...and they always did it with a smile. Peter Izzi and his team come highly recommended (just ask about all his awards if you don't believe me!) and we would trust him to handle anything with real estate, should we have to do it all again.
