Pete was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout our home search and purchase process. He kept in constant contact with us. He provided us numerous listings to consider that aligned with our requirements. He hosted us for several multi-day house-hunting trips and provided us dozens of showings of potential candidates to help us find "the" home. Once we had, he walked us through the process to submit and complete the purchase agreement, along with significant ancillary documentation. He assisted in identifying and scheduling several different home inspections, providing us a thorough assessment and understanding of the condition of the property.
