Megan is a knowledge realtor that provides insight into the design for a new built home for any prospective buyer. She walked me through the design and contract process with ease. Megan was great with communication between all parties involved in the transaction on my buy side and communicated with my list agent on the sell side. Megan helped me with the fine details of design as I had to make so many decisions throughout the process that I was clueless on since that is not my expertise.
