Dawona Suggs was the most patient, knowledgeable, agent, I could ever ask for. She made our house hunting experience a pleasant one. My husband and I had seen well over 30 homes and was becoming tired, in fact we were going to take a break but Dawona knew the importance of finding a home at that time so she encouraged us to trust the process, we did just that!! Her ability to negotiate was very impressive, her communication skills along with her passion to meet her clients needs went far beyond what we could expect from any agent. Dawona exhibits a love for her job, she spends ample time allowing her clients to ask questions and if she didnt have the answer, her integrity would seek out the appropriate answer . Dawona was absolutely amazing to work with!! We are leasing a property that she was the representing agent on and she was SO helpful! Dawona helped us negotiate our lease to better suit our needs and was highly responsive through the entire process. We are moving within the same town so we didn't need any local knowledge but she was very informed about the property and was quick to find any information she didn't have on hand for us. She made the whole experience very personable and *real* which was important for us in the era of everything being e-signed online.
