Pete Helms

Pete Helms, President and Owner of Davis R. Chant Realtors, holds Real Estate Broker licenses in Pennsylvania and New York State. He has been serving his clients' real estate needs in Pike, Wayne and Monroe Counties for over 45 years. His unique areas of expertise are centered in Lake Homes, Commercial Properties, Farms and Estates, Resort Properties and Upscale Vacation Properties. Pete currently holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Pike/Wayne Board of Realtors, and also was a past President of his local board. In addition to his activities in real estate, Pete is also involved in Community planning and development through Joybeck Builders, his construction company.
