Pepper is nothing short of an amazing Realtor, Friend, and Person. She worked very hard to get what we needed in this insane Sellers Market. A 5 Star Rating isnt enough, Pepper is 100 Stars. Pepper was very knowledgeable in putting in an offer for our house in this current absolutely insane market were in. Our lender mentioned most of his clients were not finding houses until 3-5 offers on various houses and ours was accepted on the first try. Our lender said nothing short of a miracle in this market. Even is this sellers market Pepper made sure all of our needs were addressed and very professionally negotiated everything she could for us. She was in constant communication with the whole process. She pulled double duty on many days to include finding the perfect renters for our old home. Pepper is our Realtor for Life! Thanks for everything!
