Penny has been a successful REALTOR for over 30 years. She is and has always been dedicated to serving clients and customers by providing them with a working knowledge of the market place,the necessary information in order to assist them in making informed decisions, and thorough and efficient service during the entire purchase and sale procedure. In addition to her Real Estate career, Penny currently does volunteer work at a local hospice. In the past, she has worked in the Baltimore County School System as a teacher, department chair, office administrator coordinating student teachers for the entire school system, and working within the human resources department.
